Her plans are to expand to the Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics and more.

She is a marathon runner having completed the Detroit Free Press full marathon and six half marathons; a classical pianist; an equestrian specializing in jumping; a gardener; and she loves a broad range of crafts, especially cross-stitching. At MSU, she was a member of the polo team. She also hunts and learned to scuba dive on the Great Barrier Reef during one of her three trips to Australia. Among her travels was a trip through Italy to bring her Latin studies to life.
